Contract Win
Over the coming months, images from the library will start to appear all over the Midlands, the UK, and Worldwide as Images of Birmingham wins the largest regional contract for the marketing of the area as a tourist and business destination. Combining a collection of stock images from the library, supported by a range of new commissions to be undertaken, it will provide those whose job it is to market the Birmingham area with a selection of high quality imagery for their own marketing usage..
Books and Visitors
Visitors to the Images of Birmingham site last month topped 52,000.
Copies of our book, A New Birmingham, have now been received. All of you who have ordered a copy should have them by now. The final few copies are now available (just 4 of them!), so if you are interested please email. The book is at a cost of £35, and comes with an A4 print of your choice from the library. As this edition has sold out extremely fast, we may look at doing a second edition in time.
